İtfaiyecilerde Mesleki Kas İskelet Sistemi Hastalıkları

Abstract

Amaç:
Bu çalışma itfaiyecilerin meslek ile ilgili olduğunu düşündükleri kas iskelet
hastalıklarını belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır.

Yöntem:
Çalışmaya 77 itfaiye personeli katılmıştır. Çalışmanın verileri kişisel özellikleri, iş ve
çalışma ortamı ile ilgili bilgiler literatürlerden derlenerek oluşturulan bir
anket formuyla sorgulandı. İskandinav Kas-İskelet Sistemi Anketi (The Nordic
Musculoskeletal Questionnaire) ile ağrı bölgeleri belirlendi.

Bulgular:
Çalışmaya katılan itfaiyecilerin; % 90,9 u(n=70)erkek, %9,1 i(n=7) kadındır.
İtfaiyecilerin, % 23,4 ü(n=18) 33-37 yaş aralığında olup eğitim durumları
incelendiğinde %41,6 sı(n=32) lise mezunudur. İtfaiyecilerin kas-iskelet
sistemi anketine göre ise; en sık görülen ağrı bölgeleri; %18,8(n=14)sırt
bölgesi, %15,5(n=12)bel bölgesi,%14,2 (n=11) boyun bölgesidir. İtfaiyecilerin
mevcut ağrı bölgesi ile hastaneye yatış yapanların oranı %16,8(n=13)iken,
mevcut ağrı nedeni ile iş değiştirenler ise %14,2(n=11)dir.







Sonuç:
İşe bağlı kas iskelet rahatsızlıklarının görüldüğü bir meslek grubu olan
İtfaiyeciler mesleğin gerekliliği nedeniyle fiziksel olarak zorlu faaliyetlerle
karşı karşıyadır. Ağır teçhizat
nedeniyle, yangınla mücadele aşırı enerji ve garip duruşlar gerektirir, bu
yüzden işle ilgili kas-iskelet bozuklukları kolayca gelişebilir. Bu
nedenle itfaiyecilerde kas iskelet hastalıklarını önlemek için, eğitim, spor,
beslenme düzenlemesi gibi müdahalelerde bulunulması mesleki açıdan son derece
önemlidir.
