Abstract

Yenidoğanlar, Yenidoğan Yoğun Bakım
Ünitelerinde kaldıkları süreçte çeşitli nedenlerle ağrıyı deneyimleyebilirler. Bebeklerin
ağrıya sözel bir yanıtlarının olmaması, var olan ağrının değerlendirilmesi ve
yönetilmesini olumsuz etkilemektedir. Bu nedenle, yenidoğanlarda ağrının uygun
ağrı skalaları ile değerlendirilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu derlemede, yenidoğanda
ağrı, değerlendirme, yönetim ve hemşirenin rollerine değinilmiştir.
