AMELİYATHANELERİN PERFORMANSLARINA ETKİ EDEN FAKTÖRLERİN BULANIK AHP İLE DEĞERLENDİRMESİ

Abstract

Hastaneler
çeşitli finansal baskılarla karşı karşıya kaldıklarında, en maliyetli
alanlarından biri olan ameliyathanelerde önlenebilir masraflar için,
operasyonları yeniden gözden geçirmekte ve bu alanlardan elde edilen verimi
arttırmak istemektedirler. Ameliyathanelerin işleyişindeki en ufak aksamalar
bile bir dizi verimsizliğe yol açabilmektedir. Minik görünmekle birlikte bu
aksaklıkların hasta bakımı için geniş kapsamlı etkileri bulunmaktadır. Bir
operasyonun zamanında başlayamaması, eksik ekipman parçasının gelmesi için
harcanan birkaç dakika bile, bir ameliyathanenin verimliliğini ve pozitif katkı
marjını sürdürme yeteneğini ciddi biçimde engelleyebilmektedir.
Ameliyathanelerdeki standartlaştırılmış düzenler hem fiziksel ve zihinsel
açıdan hata oranını hem de personel üzerindeki yorgunluğu azaltmaktadır. Bu
nedenle bu çalışmada ameliyathanelerin verimliliği üzerinde etkili olan
kriterlerin değerlendirilmesi problemi ele alınmıştır. Çok ölçütlü karar verme
yöntemlerinden bulanık analitik hiyerarşi prosesi ile, belirlenen kriterlerin
ağırlıklandırılması yapılmıştır.
