Bakır-Çinko İkili Metal Karışımının Synechocystis sp. E35 ile Biyosorpsiyonu/Biyobirikimi

Year 2011, Volume: 14 Issue: 1, 26 - 30, 21.04.2011

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Küçükçekmece Gölü'nden, ötröfikasyon döneminde alınan su örneklerinden izole edilen Synechocystis sp. E35 izolatı ile  Cu- Zn metallerini biyosorpsiyonu/biyobirikimi incelenmiştir. Biyosorpsiyon/biyobirikim çalışamalarında 1 ve 4 mg/L Cu-Zn içeren bimetalik metal çözeltileri kullanılmıştır. Metal gideriminin pasif ve aktif alım şeklinde iki aşamada gerçekleştiği gözlemlenmiştir. Çözeltideki metal konsantrasyonlarının yaklaşık 120. dakikadan itibaren azaldığı, hücre yüzeyine tutunan metal konsantrasyonunun ise arttığı tespit edilmiştir. Hücre içine alınan metal konsantrasyonu 0.021 mmol/l'ye kadar yükselmiştir.
