Stiff Person Syndrome; it is an autoimmune disease that progresses in the form of rigidity in the muscles, sudden myoclonic jumps, spasms and tonic activities. The complaints of the patient A.K. appeared as a contraction in the left arm, and then spread to the right arm and back. While the patient has contractions, he also has severe pain at the same time, and he has become unable to do his daily work as the severity of the contractions increases. Glutamic Decarboxylase enzyme level was found high in the patient's external examinations. In this case report, a nursing care plan was presented by taking advantage of Gordon's functional health patterns model of a patient with Stiff Person Syndrome. According to this phenomenon; '' pain '', '' sleep pattern deterioration '', '' less-than-body nutrition '', '' lack of self-care '', '' body image deterioration '', '' physical movement deterioration '', '' functional Incontinence '' diagnoses were addressed and attempts were made to diagnose them. As a result; It is thought that systematic and holistic evaluation of Stiff Person Syndrome, which is rarely seen with this case, will raise awareness about the syndrome and guide studies that are planned based on evidence.
