Eagle Sendromu: İki Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Eagle Sendromu stiloid proçes ile ilişkili bir ağrı sendromudur. Hastalarda tekrarlayan boğaz ağrısı, disfaji, boğazda yabancı cisim hissi ve o tarafta yansıyan kulak ağrısı gibi şikayetler oluşturur. Ayırıcı tanıda atlanabilmesi nedeniyle çoğu zaman hastalara yanlış tanı konulmasına sebep olur. Tanısında uyumlu bir öykü ve görüntüleme yöntemlerinin birlikteliği önemlidir. Tedavisinde medikal tedavi seçenekleri olsa da cerrahi tedavi ön plandadır. Kliniğimizde transoral teknik uygulanarak cerrahi tedavisi gerçekleştirilen iki hasta literatür bilgisi ışığında sunulmuştur.
