KOAGÜLASYON BANYO SICAKLIĞININ AKRİLİK LİFLERİNİN MİKROSKOBİK GÖRÜNÜMÜNE ETKİSİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada akrilik lif üretiminde farklı koagülasyon banyosu sıcaklarını kullanarak akrilik liflerinin enine kesit şekilleri incelendi. Araştırma sonuçları düşük koagülasyon banyosu sıcaklığında akrilik liflerinin enine kesit şeklinin böbrek-fasulye biçiminde olduğunu gösterdi. Şayet koagülasyon banyosu sıcaklığı arttırılacak olursa akrilik lifleri daha dairesel enine kesite sahip olacaktır

THE INVESTIGATION OF THE INFLUENCE OF THE COAGULATION BATH TEMPERATURE ON THE CROSS-SECTIONAL SHAPES OF ACRYLIC FIBERS BY MICROSCOPY

Abstract

In this study, the changes of the cross-sectional shapes of acrylic fibers were investigated by using different coagulation bath temperature in the acrylic fiber production. The results of investigation have been shown that acrylic fibers have kidney-bean shape in the low coagulation bath temperature. If the coagulation bath temperature will be increase, then acrylic fibers will have more circular cross sectional shape
