Patlıcanda Fusarium Solgunluğuna Dayanıklılık ve Mücadele Çalışmaları

Öz

Patlıcan (Solanum
melongena
L.), ülkemizde açıkta yazlık sebze olarak, örtü altında ise kış
ve bahar aylarında yetiştirilen ve tüketilen önemli sebzelerimizdendir. Ancak
diğer birçok bitkide olduğu gibi patlıcan bitkisinde de üretimi kısıtlayan
birçok hastalık vardır. Bu hastalıklardan en önemlisi ve en zararlı olanı ise
toprak kökenli hastalık olan solgunluk hastalığıdır. Fusarium solgunluk
hastalığı (ağırlıklı olarak Fusarium
oxysporum Schlecht. f. sp. melongenae
patojeninin sebep olduğu) patlıcan
yetiştiriciliğinde ekonomik olarak verim kayıplarına neden olmaktadır. Bu
derleme makale ile patlıcan bitkisinde ki fusarium solgunluğu ile ilgili bu
zamana kadar yapılan mücadele çalışmaları incelenmiş ve bundan sonra ki
yapılacak çalışmalar için mücadelede ki eksik yönler ortaya çıkarılması
amaçlanmıştır.

Resistance and Biological Control of Fusarium Wilt Disease in Eggplant

Öz

Eggplant (Solanum
melongena
L.) is an important vegetable grown and consumed outdoor in
summer, and under cover in winter and spring in our country. However, as in
many other plants, there are various diseases limiting the production of
aubergine plants. The most important and the most harmful of these diseases is
wilt disease, which is an earth-based disease. Fusarium wilt disease (mainly
caused by Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht f. melongenae)
causes economical yield losses in aubergine cultivation. In this review article
the studies on biological control of the wild disease on the aubergine plant
until this time have been reviewed, and it is aimed to reveal the incomplete
aspects of biological control of fusarium pathogen for future studies.
