The Liquid Fertilizer Production From Aqua Regia Used in Gold Producement

During the gold jewelry production in the jewelry, the outage of workshop is average 10%. The recycling sector has been formed for the recovery of the workshop outage. Chemical recycling (recycling of polish) is constituted 80 % of this sector. The average of efficiency rate is 95-98 % in the recycling of polish. The aqua regia is the basic material recycling of polish. The adjusting the 7 pH of disposable aqua regia is poured into the sewer after the aqua regia process is finished. In this study, it is provided that recovery of gold from aqua regia with 99.7 % efficiency and waste aqua regia converted to liquid fertilizer for using as liquid fertilizer and soil conditioner in agriculture.

Kuyumculukta altın mücevheratı üretimi sırasında ortalama % 10 atölye firesi verilmektedir. Atölye firesinin geri kazanımını sağlamak için ramatçılık sektörü kurulmuştur. Bu sektörün % 80’ini kimyasal ramat (cila ramatı) oluşturmaktadır. Cila ramatında verimlilik oranı ortalama % 95-98’tır. Cila ramatının temeli ise kral suyundan meydana gelmektedir. Bu tek kullanımlık kral suyunun iş bitiminde pH’ı 7’ye ayarlanarak kanalizasyona dökülmektedir. Bu çalışmada kral suyundan % 99.7 verimlilikte altın geri kazanımı ve atık kral suyunu sıvı gübreye dönüştürerek tarımda toprak düzenleyici ve sıvı gübre olarak kullanımı sağlanmıştır.
