YUMURTA KABUĞUNUN ODUN PLASTİK KOMPOZİT ÜRETİMİNDE KULLANIMI

Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı odun plastik kompozit (OPK) üretiminde dolgu maddesi olarak yumurta kabuğu kullanımının etkisi belirlemek olacaktır. OPK üretiminde polipropilen, kızılçam odun unu, yumurta kabuğu ve Maleik Anhidrit Polipropilen (MAPP) kullanılmıştır. Tek vidalı ekstruder kullanılarak elde edilen karışımdan enjeksiyon kalıplama yöntemi ile test numuneleri üretilmiştir.
Numunelerin fiziksel (kalınlık şişme, su alma) ve bazı mekanik özellikleri (eğilme direnci, eğilmede elastikiyet modülü ve darbe direnci) incelenmiştir. Elde edilen verilere göre yumurta kabuğu kullanımına bağlı olarak kompozitlerin fiziksel özelliklerinin olumsuz etkilendiği tespit edilirken, mekanik özelliklerde ise yapılan testlere göre bu durumun farklılık gösterdiği belirlenmiştir.
