Instructions for Authors

• Abstract: The abstract must not exceed 200 words.
• Keywords: Keywords should be written in lowercase, separated by commas, and must not exceed 5 keywords.
• ORCID ID: All authors must provide their 16-digit ORCID numbers below the article title, as specified in the manuscript template.
• Page Layout: Margins should be set as Top: 2.5 cm, Bottom: 2 cm, Left: 1.5 cm, and Right: 1.5 cm.
• Typography: The main text should be written in Times New Roman, 11 pt, with single line spacing, and must be justified.
• Paragraph Spacing: A single line of space must be left between paragraphs. Line spacing in the body text should be configured with 0 pt before and 0 pt after.
• Heading Spacing: * Main Headings: 12 pt before and 6 pt after.
  • Subheadings: 6 pt before and 6 pt after.
• Heading Format: All headings must be 11 pt, using the Times New Roman font.
  • Main and Subheadings must be bold.
  • Subheadings must also be italicized.
• Tables and Figures:
  • Captions must be 11 pt, with only the first letter of each word capitalized (Title Case).
  • There should be 0 pt spacing between the table/figure and its respective caption.
  • Table captions must be placed above the table; figure captions must be placed below the figure.
  • All images and figures must have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
• Formulas: Mathematical formulas must be created using a formula editor and should be numbered sequentially with Arabic numerals.
• References: The bibliography must follow the format specified in the manuscript template and must be listed in alphabetical order.

Authors are also required to upload the Copyright Transfer Form  along with their work, stating that they have not published their work elsewhere and that they approve their work to be published in the KSU JES journal.
